Main Purpose of the Job
We are looking for an efficient and self-motivated individual to manage all Soft Services on site both self-delivered and sub-contracted. provided by us to our client in an efficient, well organised and innovative manner, whilst maintaining well organised, accurate and up to date records of business activity, ensuring tight financial controls and SLA’s are met.
The job holder will be responsible for delivering a range of KPI reports to the client, people management and all the associated areas and will be the first point of contact with regard to all client queries.
Shifts / Hours:
35 Hours per week: 07.30-13.30
Roles / Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for our client, working with them, our stakeholders and colleagues to build and continue excellent and valuable relationships ensuring the efficiency and consistent running of the operational services provided.
- To drive, plan and execute constant improvements throughout all aspects of the services provided, using such tools as Kaizen, Yamazumi and other improvement-based tools.
- To oversee the strategic development of the site, to ensure we deliver the best possible service to the client at all times.
- Produce and deliver accurate records and data in relation to site specific information driven through KPI’s.
- First point of contact for our client, working with them, our stakeholders and colleagues to build and continue excellent and valuable relationships ensuring the efficiency and consistent running of the operational services provided.

- To oversee the strategic development of the site, to ensure we deliver the best possible service to the client at all times.
- Produce and deliver accurate records and data in relation to site specific information driven through KPI’s.
- Ensure completion of all administrative tasks such as AI’s, RA’s rotas, payroll, stock take and orders, to maintain efficiency and compliance.
- Produce weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports as required, and provide clear information upon request to the Regional Operations Manager in relation to site specific information.
- Responsible for the management of ‘labour’ both practically and administratively.
- Direct line manager to on site employees, ensuring an accurate, effective and consistent approach to people management in areas such as sickness and attendance, recruitment, performance and conduct, ensuring company policies, procedures and processes are adhered to at all times.
- Oversee and ensure robust, successful on-site inductions and training and associated training records are maintained, ensuring service levels and standards are met at all times.
- You will take an ‘everyone matters approach’ to Health and Safety one site, using your knowledge, skills and resources to ensure risks are controlled in compliance with company Health and Safety processes and procedures and best practices.
- You will take and ‘everyone matters’ approach to the company’s accreditations including ISO 45001, 14001,9001 and be aware of our requirements in accordance with these standards.
- You will actively promote our values “BEAMM” through your outward facing conduct and attitude and ensure all team members act in the same way.
Qualification and Experience
- A valid front-line SIA Licence is desirable for the role examples are Door Supervisor, Security Guarding or Close Protection
- Full UK drivers’ licence with access to your own vehicle would be desirable but not essential.
