Senior Account Manager
As part of our strategic growth and development strategy, we have highlighted the need for a Senior Account Manager.
This is a new role within the operations team.
It will have key strategic responsibility for a number of our major large contracts.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- A track record of building long term strategic client relationships at a senior level with multiple key stakeholders
- A proven ability to drive innovative contract development
- Experience of managing high profile clients through the contract retention process
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to write high quality presentations and the confidence to present to senior stakeholders
- Concise, factual report writing ability
- A strong supportive leadership style
- Ability to leverage and present quantitative data to drive service delivery/innovation
- Project management – Being able to co-ordinate multiple internal stakeholders to deliver change

Have a proven track record of managing cleaning services
Fully conversant with all Microsoft packages
BICS
Customer Service
COSHH and or IOSH
SIA Qualified (or prepared to work towards)
ILM Level 5 Leadership and Management
