We are looking for an efficient and self-motivated Operations Support Coordinator to join our Operations team, based from our Head Quarters in Morecambe.

We are looking for an efficient and self-motivated Operations Support Coordinator to join our Operations team, based from our Head Quarters in Morecambe.

 

You must have a ‘can-do’ attitude and be flexible to work in a fast-paced Facilities Management business. The role is lone worker based and requires someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, with great attention to detail.

 

The job will require you to:

  • Deliver a consistent and professional standard of customer service to support our customers and colleagues
  • Use of IT management systems, software and phone systems
  • Forward plan and schedule field-based staff duties and working patterns
  • Source and deploy staff to business wide locations in the event of sickness, incidents or emergencies
  • Monitor time and attendance of field-based staff and follow up with appropriate action
  • Monitor lone worker check calls and follow up with appropriate action
  • Complete and distribute detailed incident reports to key stakeholders
  • Provide accurate and detailed management information reports on a daily and weekly basis
  • Raise purchase orders for field-based equipment and supplies
  • Carry out duty manager responsibilities and escalate to key stakeholders when required

Desirable

  • Use of Timegate (FM Cloud), or similar/related software
  • Use of Sage 200, or similar/related software
  • Use of a switchboard in a customer service environment (Handling multiple calls)
  • Experience of a similar role in a Control Room or Customer Service Centre

 

Essential

  • A valid SIA licence in Front Line Security or Door Supervision is essential
  • Be able to demonstrate a confidence and understanding of IT in general, whilst also being able to be proficient in the use of Microsoft excel and word
