Customer Service – Concierge – £11.50 an hour – Full-time, Permanent – Manchester
Main Purpose of the Job - We are looking for an efficient and self-motivated individual to work on our client’s prestigious site in Manchester - You must be flexible and able to work alone and part of a team Experience is preferred but not essential as training will be given.

Shift / Hours: Monday – Friday 47.5 hrs per week 1 hr unpaid break
Roles / Responsibilities:
- Deliver a consistent and professional standard of customer service in a professional setting
- Use of client software
- Carry out routine building checks patrols
- Locking and unlocking premises
- Completion of detailed incident reports
- Liaison with local authorities
- Basic admin skills
- Reception skills
- Liaising with contractors
- Over time is available
Qualification and Experience
· A valid SIA CCTV Licence would also be desirable.
· IT skills are essential
· Good communicator
