Experience and Qualifications

(MUST HAVE A COUNTER BALANCE FORKLIFT TRUCK LICENCE)

Hours of Work

37.5 Hrs Per Week, Split Shifts 0700 – 1500 & 0930 – 1730 Mon – Fri

Responsibilities

We’re looking for someone to provide customer service excellence to one of our prestigious new clients (Global brand).

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience of the role, full training will be given.

About the role

The successful applicant will be required to:

· Receive vehicles arriving on site, check relevant documentation against the information on the loading sheets and direct the vehicle for Bulk or Warehouse loading.

· Load the relevant vehicle safely and within the time constraints given.

· Resolve problems related to orders with appropriate shipping/ logistics office and liaise with shipping clerks, and warehouse staff as required.

· Be aware and willing to help out with house cleaning and all safety procedures on site.

· Work as part of a team and undertake all other warehouse duties.

· Liaise with PPG (Product planning group) regarding vehicles and customer orders.

The successful applicant should ideally have, or be willing to work towards qualifications in the following:

Fully conversant with all Microsoft packages

Customer Service

Manuel Handling

Health & Safety awareness

SIA Qualification

Previous relevant experience

A Counter Balance Forklift Truck Licence
