Our Jen is a joy to be around at our car manufacturer client

Colleague of the Month winner – Jenny Davies

Jenny Davies is the new Assistant Soft Services Manager at our leading Japanese car manufacturer client’s site in Deeside. She was nominated by her line manager for Colleague of the Month for her strong team spirit and unwavering positivity.

To nurture a strong team, Jen has introduced a regular coffee and catch-up. The regular meeting helps to nip any potential issues in the bud and makes the team feel involved and valued. Jade Cooper, Soft Services Manager, said: “Her positivity and infectious personality have given the team an extra boost, enhanced relationships, and been a contributing factor to our winning ‘most improved contractor of the year’ during the summer shutdown.”

“Jen is always first to volunteer for additional duties and regularly goes over and above her job role to help out her team and the client.” A senior client representative added: “She has fitted into the team like a jigsaw piece and the whole aura of the team is happy and positive.”
