Liza’s consistency and positivity shine helps her stand out

Colleague of the Month – Liza Mellor, Rochdale Riverside

Our Senior Management Team was delighted to receive the nomination for Colleague of the Month for Liza Mellor, who is part of our housekeeping team at Rochdale Riverside, as this was made by her colleagues to show their appreciation for her bringing a consistently positive and helpful attitude to work.  

Before the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic, AM Services Group was appointed to help keep the Rochdale Riverside shopping and leisure complex safe, clean and welcoming for visitors and tenants. Since then, our team there has consistently exceeded what is expected of them in their daily duties and regularly receive outstanding feedback from the tenants, staff and customers.

The Centre Manager Rachel Byrne wanted to thank Liza for being a solid and reliable contributor to this success. She commented: “Liza goes above and beyond on a daily basis and her confidence has grown as well as her ability. She is a major asset to the housekeeping team, and nothing is ever too much trouble.” 

 “I know that we normally nominate employees for excellent customer service, but I feel that sometimes people that come to work, do their job, and give 110% – and Liza definitely does this – can go unnoticed.”  Thank you, Liza for always being a trusted colleague that we can rely on, and congratulations on your award.
