Beamm-ing STARS, Kevin Mount and Ray Eanor, from Lakeside Village Outlet Shopping, Doncaster, bring joy to “little shoppers”

Kev and Eanor, from our Lakeside Village cleaning team, were recently asked to build a train and train track, providing additional facilities for the children’s outdoor play areas. They recycled and used old pallets to carry out the job, as well as fulfilling their usual duties in the centre. These two colleagues regularly go above and beyond and do anything that is asked of them, from painting to building, to make continuous improvements in the centre. 

Our client Lakeside Village really cares about looking after their ‘little shoppers’ and our colleagues Kev Mount and Ray Eanor clearly love to keep the kids as happy as the adults who visit the centre too. 

That’s why our Senior Management Team have recognised their positive attitude to work and to helping our client ensure their facility is a hub of the local community with STAR Awards.

The Centre Manager reports that this has gone down very well with the kids.
