Rob Wall is a reliable, trusted and hardworking security supervisor who has developed strong relationships with the Centre Manager and all the tenants at Burton Place Shopping Centre in Burton-on-Trent. He is truly valued because of this.
 
Always willing to help, he picks up extra shifts whenever he can to ensure the centre is fully staffed at all times. This supports the positive and personal customer experience that the centre aims to give its shoppers.
 
The client expressed his gratitude to Rob: “His sheer commitment to his role is absolutely admirable to staff as well as to myself and it does not go unnoticed. Within a week he has helped one of our main stores recover £500 in stolen goods. He has also deterred two well-known offenders who repeatedly steal high volumes of items.”
