Our Operations Control team works round the clock to support all of our colleagues around the business. The trust that the team members have built amongst their colleagues, through their hard work, reliability, responsiveness and willingness to help, has led to a continuous development of the team and expansion of their role.
 
They are responsible for recording shifts, booking holidays, arranging staff cover and ordering consumables and cleaning stock using a range of processes, procedures, systems and technology, as well as many other tasks and ad hoc work that they are asked to do.
 
The fact that they can be relied upon to do these back-of-house tasks effectively and efficiently means that our managers and site supervisors are able to concentrate on other areas of providing an excellent, front-facing customer service for our clients.
 
Our Operations Manager Jayne Matthews sums up how valuable our OCC team is to our business: “They are all super-efficient and extremely proactive. They combine their skills and knowledge to react to any issues and demonstrate professionalism at all times. A big shout out to you all in the OCC!”
