Small is beautiful when it comes to teamwork at Lanxess

Team of the Month – Lanxess, Trafford Park 

Our cleaning team at Lanxess, chemical manufacturers near Manchester, have pulled out all the stops to meet all their targets and to support our client over a very difficult and challenging year. From their general duties to ad hoc requests for deep cleans, they willingly carry these out along with extra cleaning where required as a result of Covid-19.

This team pulls together, getting on with the job without complaint. Our Cleaning Supervisor Marie Inkersole nominated the team as she has been impressed with how they have “gone above and beyond in these difficult times to keep cleaning to a high standards. Each member of staff has been impressive and achieved so positively in their own area.”

They have adapted to accommodate new rotas, dealt with a heavy workload, and adapted to embrace change. This is particularly impressive as they are a small team.
