Ian impresses with his positive energy

Food manufacturer Mizkan takes great pride in ‘bringing flavour to life’ by creating essential food products that promote the health and wellbeing of its customers. AM Services Group is delighted to be working with the company, at its Middleton manufacturing site, to provide security services.

Since we began working with the security team, Ian has been noticeable for his willingness and for supporting others to achieve more in their work: by using positive energy, we can take a more positive outlook and help our colleagues to do the same, which has been of particular benefit during the pandemic.

Ian has always demonstrated that he is more than willing to help out in any situation that arises; having stepped up to the role of site supervisor at short notice, he has done “sterling work”, according to his manager Mike. He is a “fantastic team player”, always upbeat, always supportive, covering shifts at short notice, managing holiday and shift changes, and showing a commitment and eagerness to give guidance to new guards through training.

He is a great asset to the team, and to our company and is much appreciated by our client.
