The weighbridge is an essential part of the client’s service on site. During one week, on more than one occasion, the team found themselves down on staff numbers due to sickness and reduced cover. Matthew Doyle, who was covering for the site supervisor who was on holiday, was instrumental in helping to keep the weighbridge going  while Paul Wood cancelled plans that were most important to him and offered to come in at very late notice on two days to make sure that the weighbridge did not have to close.

Our client said: “Matty did a great job in keeping the weighbridge going at a difficult time and Paul went out of his way and cancelled important plans to help us ensure the weighbridge didn’t go down. They both deserve to be recognised for their efforts.”

Matty and Paul’s dedication to their work and the client was outstanding, according to Key Account Manager Barry Pagent who nominated them.
