Megan Linacre, a trusted member of our head office team, takes responsibility for screening and vetting our security team members. She was nominated by her manager Myfanwe Costin for a Star award as she has BEAMM- ed during our recent SIA Audit. This security industry audit is an important way of demonstrating how our business is continually aiming to improve our standards for health and safety and quality management.

The focused attention and high level of detail that Megan gave in support of the audit process impressed our senior management team, as well as her hard work and progress over the last year.
