We welcome Neil Cooper to head up our operations team

We are delighted to let you know that Neil Cooper has joined the AM Services Group family in the role of operations director.

We would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to Del McGee for his service as director of operations over the last 18 months. Del has been a valued colleague and team member. We have very much appreciated his work in helping our company, clients and fellow team members through Covid-19. We wish him every success  for the future.

As part of the Senior Management Team, Neil will take a lead role in shaping the strategic development of our operations. Neil has a passion for creating an exceptional customer experience. His expertise in strategic business development, gained in a number of senior operations management positions, will help to add value for our clients and support our business growth.

Neil’s experience is gained most recently in Mitie’s Gather & Gather, where he was involved in the launch of the 2013 rebrand and the roll out of the cultural change programme for the corporate catering ‘challenger’, and in Booths and Compass.

Neil is excited to have joined us and says: “I wanted to work with a company that has a strong people focus and with business values that are embedded into their everyday behaviour. The people here are great with a team that is focused in exactly the same direction.”
