Someone in mind? Tell us who you think is BEAMM-ing

In the challenging times that we all currently face, we know that our staff are working even harder and going way beyond their daily duties to help others. We feel it’s even more important than ever to share our good news stories and showcase how our colleagues are bringing our Vision and Values to life. 

Have you seen someone whose behaviour clearly demonstrates our Values by:

• Making a difference
• Making a client or a colleague feel valued
• Believing and motivating each other
• Achieving goals or targets as one team
• Treating everyone on site like they matter

These are just a few examples, and now we need YOU to share your BEAMM good news stories. These can be about serving our business and clients, support for the community, helping out colleagues, fundraising for charity, boosting team morale, supporting mental health – anything that demonstrates how you’re putting our Vision and Values into practice.
