Colleague of the Month – Elizabeth Thompson – Site Support Manager

Our client, a global development and manufacturer of pharmaceuticals, values reliability and trust and it is our colleague Elizabeth Thompson’s efforts to build strong relationships with the customer, through a ‘one team, one goal’ attitude, that have impressed our senior team and made her a deserving recipient of this award.

Elizabeth has invested time in getting to know the client and their needs. With regular face-to-face meetings, she ensures that the service delivered brings added value and is of the highest quality, while any issues can be raised as soon as possible and dealt with effectively.

Effective communication and collaboration are key for Elizabeth, and no more so than with her colleague on the site. She closely involves the team, demonstrating the important contribution of their role to encourage hard work and commitment through a strong morale.
