Staying well during Covid-19

The Coronavirus epidemic has affected people and families across the globe and has brought about dramatic change in such a short time. The situation is unprecedented and the personal impact enormous.

It’s important that we look after our own physical and mental health and that we give as much support as we can to others to help them too. It’s perfectly natural to be worried about the impact of the illness on our own health and the health of our families and friends, about our finances and jobs, our children’s education, and the struggle with social isolation.

Our AM Services Group Mental Health First Aiders are on hand to support our colleagues… they can be contacted in complete confidence on Mfha@amservicesgroup.co.uk
