Green-fingered Diane is recognised by the client

Colleague of the Month – Diane Brealey, The Ridings, Wakefield

The Ridings is dedicated to being ‘at the heart of Wakefield’. Our customer service officer Diane recently demonstrated that she shares the shopping centre’s commitment to ensuring that the facility is as pleasant, attractive and welcoming as it can be for the visitors, tenants, staff and local community.

Bringing the outdoor landscape into shopping interiors can enhance the shopping experience, as plants help to make a more relaxed atmosphere for most people. Always eager to make a positive contribution to the site she proudly works on and with a passion for doing what she can for our client, when the centre management wanted to revive the planters in The Ridings, Diane was more than willing to help.

Diane even came in on her days off to replant the planters in front of the management suite to ensure that this was done as quickly as possible. Our directors agreed with The Ridings management that Diane is very worthy of recognition. Congratulations to Diane on her Colleague of the Month award.
