Statement from 4th March 2020 Download HERE

Following the PM’s statement of 3rd March 2020 we would like to inform our staff and clients of our intentions with regards to continuity of service.

Firstly, we are all personally obligated to take on board the advice of Public Health England and follow the basic hygiene rules they outline in order to minimise the spread of the virus. (Public Health England advice HERE)

As service providers to clients of all sizes, across many sectors, it is our intention to continue to work in partnership with our clients to seek options to minimise the impact of any further outbreak on operations and service delivery.  To this end, over the coming weeks our account managers and wider operations team will be asking clients to carry out a risk assessment for their site, if this is not already in place, so that we can adhere to the control measures in place.

With regards to continuity of service, our teams will be working on solutions to ensure that the core service delivery is not adversely impacted.  This may include extended working hours for staff that are able to remain in work along with short term changes to shift patterns and working arrangements to ensure full coverage of contracted hours, wherever possible.

Overall, we must work together to address those items in the service delivery that are critical to safety and security.  An example of how this may work is shown below:

As we discover more about how the virus may impact the UK, we will provide updates on how our plans may be adapted to respond to the changing circumstances.
