Sue is a dedicated team member of the security team who is always willing to go the extra mile to help out her colleagues and the client. She has often worked at short notice and without complaint to cover sickness or unexpected night works. She always completes her  tasks  to the best of her ability, whilst ensuring that she follows procedures and protocols. Her customer service skills are exemplary, she is always very helpful, and nothing seems to be too much trouble for her to keep the customer satisfied.

She can always be relied upon to not only meet the standard but to take it to the next level.
