Team of the Month – Arndale, Morecambe

Our team at the Arndale shopping centre in Morecambe has certainly used teamwork to make the dream work. In challenging times, when staff have been away from work sick and on annual and paternity leave, the security and cleaning teams have both adjusted quickly, acted conscientiously, and all pulled together to ensure the usual high levels of service are consistently maintained. They have worked hard to cover extra hours, never complaining, and have shown selfless flexibility and an admirably strong work ethic.

Thank you, and congratulations on your well-deserved Team of the Month award for working as ‘one team, one goal’.
