Solomon’s great leadership and initiative is valued by the client

Colleague of the Month Solomon Amankwaa – Great Northern, Manchester

At the start of this year AM Services Group was appointed by the property managers of the Great Northern in Deansgate Manchester to provide a range of facilities services, including cleaning. Solomon Amankwaa, our site supervisor, deserves recognition, through this award, for leading the team at Great Northern to do ‘an amazing job of enhancing the cleanliness and standards over the last few months’. Solomon’s leadership, initiative and hard work in identifying any challenges or issues and dealing with these quickly and efficiently has been commendable and has been greatly valued by our client.

The prestigious six-acre Great Northern railway warehouse, in an iconic part of the city, was acquired in 2013 and has been developed, with Manchester City Council, to bring the historically significant site back to life as a leisure powerhouse.
