Team of the Month – Business Support, AMSG Headquarters

Sometimes challenges arise in a business that are outside of our control, and having a strong and dedicated team is so important for riding the wave. And this is exactly why our Business Support team at HQ was put forward for the TOTM Award by their manager and has deservingly won this award.

“Over the last year, the commitment and dedication the team has shown in supporting the business through sickness and staff shortage has been amazing,” says our finance manager Myfanwe Costin. “I am proud of my team and how they have pulled together through some difficult times. Changes in technology and processes to match the continuous growth of our company have been challenging but they have adapted well, helping each other out and sharing the workload, to successfully come out the other side. With the support of the wider operations team, they have vastly enhanced the detailed and complex payroll process for a record number of staff.”

Our senior management team was very impressed with how the team worked together with ‘One team, one goal’.

Also, a massive well done to Megan Linacre, an industrious member of the business support team who was nominated for the Colleague of the Month award.
