Craig goes above and beyond in the name of chocolate!

Colleague of the Month – Craig Widdison – Cargill, Worksop 

At our client’s plant a full range of milk and plain chocolate is produced, and the high praise our colleague Craig Widdison has received for his unrelenting support for this customer and for delivering an incredible service has been ‘sweet’ too. He is a valued member of the team and our client says: ‘Craig has been a loyal member of the team for many years now. He has always been very committed to us, ensuring he’s here promptly every day. He has even voluntarily cancelled holidays over Christmas when we’ve had to run the factory at short notice. His attention to his work is good, he’s willing to take on any extra work and, while ensuring his routine tasks are carried out on time, he also tries to ensure that these are done on the same day. He takes the initiative to complete extra tasks when he can see things need doing. He takes good care of the equipment he uses and quietly goes about his business, clearly taking pride in his work’. During a recent service of equipment, carried out by Craig, it was commented that they had never seen anyone take such good care of the equipment, and even the inside was clean and spotless.

It’s clear why Craig is a deserving of the Colleague of the Month Award for going above and beyond his role. Well done.
