People and technology to extend our capability for real-time support
Our senior operations team have recently developed our 24/7 operations support centre, in a prime location next to our HQ. This additional investment in property, people and technology extends our capability for real-time support and enhances our consistent, professional standards of service for colleagues and customers. Our operations director Del McGee says: “This fantastic new development will enable us to work strategically and even ‘smarter’ for our staff and clients to create customer excellence.”
