Sunday 14^th July 2019, Ryelands Park, Lancaster

Bubble Rush is a family friendly fun run with a difference….as you run, dance, walk or skip around the 2.5k course you’ll head through 4 coloured Bubble stations. On each bubble station there will be one of our high powered foam cannons pumping out coloured bubbles to create 4ft deep bubble bath to ensure that you get completely covered in  coloured frothy foam! To complete the 5k run the course will need to be done twice , so the bonus is you get to do each coloured station twice!!

It is not a timed event, so you’re not racing anyone – the most important thing is that you enjoy your time in the bubbles and finish with a big smile on your face!

You will each receive a Bubble Rush white t-shirt for you to wear and by the end of the course you’ll finish in an array of colour. Anybody from age 3 upward can take part – you don’t need to be a runner at all – it’s fun for all the family! Plus you get an awesome medal at the end too!

Route

The Lancaster Bubble Rush 5k is a 2.5k loop (to be completed twice) around Ryeland’s Park, that means double bubbles!

How to enter

Online entries open until Thursday 11^th July. After this time you may still be able to sign up on the day from 10.30am. Sign up below!

Prices

Each participant will receive:

Bubble Rush white t-shirt

Bubble Rush medal upon completion

Race number

These will be ready to collect from the hospice reception from 2^nd July 2019
