Use the new easy-to-use employee engagement portal to check your rota, pay and even send us your ideas. It has been introduced to improve communications for our colleagues and is just a click away. You can access it via your smartphone, tablet or computer.

The Employee Portal opens up a significant amount of functionality to the employee. It enables you to:

  • View your personal details and diary
  • View and request your holiday
  • Query a duty/holiday
  • Access site and employee documents
  • Run reports
  • View company’s news
  • Request a uniform
  • Send good ideas and suggestions

You send a query from your device, which is then automatically sent to an appointed user (i.e. a supervisor/manager/payroll) who will in turn action the query. The outcome of the query will then be sent back to you via an email and to your AM Employee Portal.
