Our inaugural STAR colleague is Paulina; our Employee Portal Expert

Every so often we notice an exceptional and dedicated colleague, in addition to our monthly colleague and team awards for outstanding work, the directors of AM have decided to introduce a STaff Appreciation and Recognition (STAR) plan to recognise and reward employees who have demonstrated an exceptional performance in the workplace.

We are delighted to announce that our first “STAR” award recipient is Paulina Debicka, who has been fantastic and the driving force behind the mobilising and the delivery of our acclaimed new employee portal, she has been presented her certificate and “one for all” voucher by our Operations Director and Managing Director at Heysham.
