Creating Good Dividends with Lancaster University

Last year, our CEO joined forces with Lancaster University as an Ambassador and one of their resident philanthropists. Following on from this, AM Services Group is proud to work with a group of Lancaster University students, alongside professor of leadership, learning and development Steve Kempster, on the Good Dividends project. The company, led by our HR officer Stephanie Taylor, is working closely with the students who are carrying out research to produce a project report and poster presentation on our company’s potential for social innovation. Social innovation is about linking social impact with business value to bring about ‘good dividends’ for both.
