Team of The Month, University of Hull
Our team of the month goes to well-deserving winners, our team at the University of Hull for selflessly pulling together, over the Christmas period, to ensure that the library ran smoothly for a huge influx of international visitors.
As Hull proudly boasts the City of Culture, until 2020, the university has helped host an impressive programme of cultural events and celebrations, already visited by tens of thousands of people. During the event held at the library over several days last December, visitors from all over the UK and Europe came along to view displays of artwork from the city of Hull.
Our team stood out for their commitment to the client, their professionalism and attention to detail. David Moore, customer service operations manager for the university explains: ‘I just wanted to share with you my thanks to Jill Talbot and the team who did a sterling job. Myself and fellow operations managers visited the library daily and always found Jill in control, collating and feeding back issues as needed, and very much in control of the daily operations within the library’.
The City of Culture Volunteers also gave amazing feedback on how they were made to feel welcome by Jill and the team, and given clear direction.
