Selfless commitment in supporting his colleagues & client!

Employee of the Month – Scott Rowell, Hillstreet shopping centre

Scott Rowell was nominated by our regional operations manager Dan Bennett for his selfless commitment to supporting colleagues and the client by covering shifts at short notice. AM Services Group provides security, cleaning, maintenance and car park services, at the busy Hillstreet shopping centre, keeping retailers and visitors in Middlesborough safe, comfortable and assured through a positive customer experience. Recently, Scott has put aside his own personal needs, working unsociable hours and covering out of hours calls, due to another of the team having to leave site due to an unexpected family emergency. The service that Scott provided was crucial to the security of the centre and invaluable to his colleagues. The client commented: “Scott has demonstrated commitment above and beyond his normal role over the last month. He is an asset to both Hillstreet and AM Services Group. He has repeatedly shown flexibility, his ability to support the management team onsite, and willingness to cover shifts to assist his colleagues”.
