AM to help keep Morecambe’s Arndale Centre shipshape

Not far down the road from our head office, it’s all change for the team at the Arndale Centre in Morecambe, where AM Services Group has recently been awarded the contract to provide cleaning and security services. The facility caters for local shoppers and the millions of visitors and tourists who visit Morecambe each year. And there’s no missing our new colleagues as they work inside and outside of the shopping centre with a smile, and their smart, new, slate-grey uniform with the big and bold message that they are ‘happy to help’ on their back. This helps to put a real focus on the importance of their role as customer service ambassadors. Chantelle, who has been working for the centre for four years, sums this up for the new and longer serving staff members: “Not only is our ‘new look’ smart, professional and uplifting, it makes us really feel part of a united team.”

We are looking forward to working alongside centre manager Collete Grover, managing agents Lambert Smith Hampton and centre owners NewRiver to support the 30 plus Arndale Centre tenants, in retail outlets ranging from health and beauty to charity shops, telephones, TV and gaming, food, banking, jewellery, clothing, and fitness and leisure.

We welcome the team from the Arndale to the AM family. The Security team are Katy, Adam, Hannah and Josh and on the cleaning side we welcome Gareth, Chantelle, Jody, Susan and Ewa.

This new contract win with the Arndale Centre is a significant addition to our growing portfolio of major UK retail centres.
