Celebrating long service at Toyota
Keith Glover has been working at Toyota cleaning in the casting plant since 1999 and we would like to celebrate this milestone and his achievement by saying a huge ‘well done and thank you’ to him from our directors and our client. Keith works unsociable hours daily during the week from 4.30 am in the morning to after mid-day, carrying out his cleaning tasks in a busy and challenging environment. Our key account manager for Toyota Tanya Harrison has high praise for Keith: “He is an experienced and dedicated worker who, despite sometimes finishing the day looking like he’s been chimney sweeping, never fails to wear a smile! He is always willing to help the team and client out by working weekends if needed. This is made even more impressive by the fact that Keith juggles this alongside a busy homelife.”
Keith explains: “My grandson Tyler has lived with us since he was five months old. Last year, he was diagnosed with ADHD and ODD (oppositional defiant disorder) and has behavioural, separation and anxiety issues. He is now seven and can be the most loving, caring child you could wish for but sometimes finds it hard to adjust to things and show his emotions. This can lead to severe melt-downs and to angry and aggressive episodes. However he is, and always will be, our grandson, and not a child with ADHD.”
