Linda Turner epitomises ‘one team, one goal’

The Warth Business Centre, managed by our client St Modwen, is a large, unrivalled facility providing commercial office space and services just outside Bury. It is essential that this is presented in a pristine and professional way at all times. Our employee Linda provides a cleaning service there in the late afternoon/early evening for 2.5 hours from Monday to Friday. However, since Linda’s colleague, who covers the mid afternoon shift, has been unwell, she has stepped in willingly to cover this work in addition to her own. This is an important part of the day as a large number of meeting rooms need to be serviced to ensure that the tenants can continue without disruption. She has also offered to work in the morning too to cover staff sickness.

Linda will offer to come in, often at short notice, to cover absences and even extend her own shift to support her team and the client. Her manager, Aileen Platt says: “Linda does everything to the best of her ability, never complaining, and her dedication to letting neither her team nor the customer down is unwavering.”
