The Ridings team contribute to the centre winning local award

Team of the month – The Ridings

Our Team of the Month has been given this award hot on the heels of helping our client The Ridings shopping centre gain the Customer Service Award in the Wakefield Business Awards last month. The Ridings team scooped the prestigious Customer Service Award for the fantastic collaborative effort from all teams that work across the centre to strive for and deliver an outstanding experience for tenants, shoppers and visitors to the centre.

The AM Services security team is proud to play a massive part in customer service delivery and the customer experience as a front-facing team that has a great deal of contact with the public.

In the Wakefield Business Awards, the centre and staff were given credit for their:

• Cuppa Club – an initiative with Age UK Wakefield to promote friendship and community in monthly meet up
• general knowledge of the centre and surrounding areas
• assistance with customers shopping
• car parking knowledge
• customer engagement

A very well done to everyone involved at The Ridings.
