Employee of the Month – consistent Katie deserves her award

Outstanding results and always maintaining highest standards!

Katie, who is our well-deserved Employee of the Month, has given consistently high levels of service to our client Lanxess Baxenden since she was 18 years of age. At the client site in Accrington, which manufactures specialty chemicals that are used primarily in the construction, textiles and automotive industries, Katie cleans every day from Monday to Friday and with outstanding results. Despite the fact that circumstances have changed and Katie now works on her own to clean the factory, she has risen to the challenge and has maintained unwaveringly high standards. She even offers to go above and beyond her job role to get involved with deep cleaning work as and when required. Her sickness record is exemplary and she is always very polite and considerate as she goes about her daily tasks.

This award reflects Katie’s consistent hard work and long-standing service with the company and is echoed by the client too.
