Nikki Phillips appointed manager for our new Waste and Washroom Management Division

Following our acquisition of a specialist cleaning company in 2016 and a leading Liverpool washroom services company last year, we are looking at further growth in the waste sector with the creation of a Waste and Washroom Management Division. The new division is headed up by Nikki Phillips, who has been promoted to the role of divisional manager from within the business.

The Waste and Washroom Management Division will support new and existing customers to handle their waste responsibly through the onsite handling and transfer of waste. We have a large number of Tier One Control of Major Accident Hazards (COMAH) sites in our business portfolio and can now assist these clients to meet their Duty of Care and support sustainable waste disposal requirements by providing specialist waste management services.

Previously Nikki worked as business development manager with AM Services Group and, under her, the washroom services division turnover and profits have increased, some significant new contracts have been won, and a range of innovative new products have been introduced.

Nikki said: “I am very excited about my new role and the expansion of the company into this area. I am surrounded by a fantastic team and am looking forward to working with them to continue our hard work towards shared goals and to extend our excellent customer service even further as AM Services Group moves into its next phase of growth.”

Adrian Cresswell, managing director of AM Services Group added: “As our service lines expand, our expertise and experience grow, and we develop our niche markets, this feels like the next natural step for AM Services Group. We like to support people in our business to grow and Nikki has certainly done this during her time with us. I congratulate her on her well-deserved promotion.”
