Employee of the Month, Robin Whelan takes a leading role!

Winner: Toyota (Box Wash) – Robin Whelan

Robin always takes the lead during his shift and has shown excellent leadership skills in an environment he has only been a part of for seven weeks. When temporary staff have been brought in, Robin has taken charge, ensuring that their training is carried out, whilst supporting the running of the shift and providing the client with the best possible service. During this time, he has shown what a positive attitude and willingness can achieve.

Our client has added, “Without any prompting or support, Robin has acted quickly, taken ownership of an environment that is fast paced, and shown support to colleagues.”.

Robin has shown enthusiasm for delivering a critical box wash service to the client. This can be a high pressured environment, but Robin has always delivered!
