No complaints at Less Common Metals (LCM) after consistently high KPI scores

The professional team at LCM quietly and consistently go about their business ensuring that the operation runs smoothly for the client and AM Services Group, just because that is the type of team that they are! They never look for recognition and fully believe that they are only doing what they are being paid to do. The client never has any complaints regarding this effective and efficient team who always record consistently high KPI scores as a result. Following the latest full marks at a recent KPI meeting, Joanne McLord was full of praise for the team who always go above and beyond, often getting involved in non-security related tasks.

Fulfilling KPIs is a major ingredient in the success of AM, and our guys at LCM are certainly leading the way with their KPI full marks.
