Liz is a real asset; she gets on with the job in hand without being asked, using her own initiative to think ahead to support both our business and that of the client. She has painstakingly organised all the building keys onsite and created a controls register.
Her ownership, positive attitude, flexibility and willingness to support others definitely rubs off on everyone she works with and certainly gives them a sense of continued motivation. She welcomes new team members with support, training and guidance, some of which is given in her own free time.

She fully understands our business, our culture and most of all our challenges and opportunities. Liz takes it upon herself to arrange rotas and cover holidays. Over the last month, she has set up our car park signage for our new lift-share scheme and also empties our fridges weekly to avoid any out-of-date food products causing any issues.
