A glorious day out by the sea at the AM Team of the Year 2017 Presentation
Hildreds Shopping Centre facilities staff take ‘2017 Team of the Year’
The team that keeps the Hildreds Shopping Centre in Skegness clean and safe for employees and customers has been rewarded for their excellent service with the 2017 Team of The Year award by their employer AM Services Group, a leading UK provider of facilities services.
Each year, over a 12 month period, AM Services Group receives nominations for the award from clients, customers, visitors and managers across the country for teams who truly represent the company’s ‘One team, one goal’ ethos. The team that has demonstrated service excellence and dedication to the customer that has gone above and beyond the call of duty in their role is selected, by secret vote, by the company’s team of senior managers.
Steve Andrews, manager for the Hildreds praised the worthy award winners: “I am extremely proud of the staff and congratulate them. They always go the extra mile to ensure that our centre is a safe and clean environment for everyone to visit. The award is a fantastic achievement for them and truly deserved. I am thrilled that they have all be recognised and rewarded, and I am lucky to have them working here.”
Adrian Cresswell, managing director of AM Services Group commented: “We’ve selected a fantastic team in Skegness. Even though they are the team that are furthest away from our main offices, they have completely grasped our company culture of working together seamlessly to delight the customer. They are dedicated, not only to our client, but to the centre tenants and to the community as they get wholeheartedly behind community events and aim to create a welcoming environment for each member of the public that visits the Hildreds.”
AM Services Group contract manager Deborah Mudd said: “Our security and cleaning team is delighted to bring this award to Skegness. It makes it extra special to win this award during the shopping centre’s 30th year celebrations this year.”
