Graffiti restoration job brings an unusual bench back to life!

University of Keele restoration project brings their memorial bench back to it’s former glory.

November was very much the calm leading into the storm allowing the Specialist Division to do what they do best in preparation for the Christmas Shutdowns which are only round the corner. Whilst many factories and manufacturers around the country are winding down in preparation to close over Christmas, the Specialist Cleaning Division are starting their busiest time of the year. Various High-Level cleaning, Confined-Space Tank Cleans, Paint-Booth Cleaning and Maintenance, Fire and Smoke Damage Cleaning and Factory Deep-Cleans all kept the team busy along with an unusual request from loyal clients Keele University.

The request was for graffiti removal from a memorial bench which had been attacked by vandals; the bench was removed from the University grounds in the process of restoring to its former glory and the results have been very positive. Paul Rowley “Special Cleaning Division Supervisor” took a lead role throughout the project from start to finish. “I believe that by going the extra mile for our customers regardless of the size or style of job is very important”
