Team of the Month, Lancaster University Accommodation Clean

Winner: Cleaning Team, Lancaster University

Over the summer the 9-member-strong team at Lancaster University have completed the deep-cleaning of over 5000 shower cubicles and over 1000 rooms. Under the effective supervision of Sara Piet, the team have delivered consistently high standards of cleaning whilst working to meet tight deadlines which were re-actively set based on when students were returning to the Campus.

Whilst performing efficiently at the Campus, the team have also gone a step further in assisting the business in delivering further student accommodation cleans across the Lancaster area. Again, working to tight deadlines; the team has demonstrated a great work ethic whilst drawing upon their experience to deliver an outstanding service.

The team have delivered this service every summer over a number of years and have become an integral and valued part of the overall operations at Lancaster University. The ability to consistently deliver high standards of cleaning whilst working under pressure is commendable.
