The team at Hildreds epitomise what AM are all about and are a prime example of how a “TEAM” should be! These guys are totally self-sufficient in every way and proceed to undertake maintenance, window cleaning, security and cleaning. There is never a problem with having the appropriate staff numbers on site as they all cover each other’s shifts and regularly work overtime by organising cover themselves removing the need for key contract manager involvement.

In the summer months the shopping centre footfall increases massively because of the holiday season. All team members take this in their stride and the centre is therefore always maintained to the highest standards. Upon hearing that the team had won the award, Steve Andrews, the Centre Manager, said, “I am proud of our staff’s dedication to the site.”
