‘He’s all about Health and Safety’ – meet Paul Hatton

AM Services Group recently appointed Paul Hatton as HSEQ manager. This is a new role which has been created to support our continuing expansion.

Paul commented,  “I’m delighted to join AM Services Group at this exciting time to embed a strong health and safety culture across the business and, using my experience, to manage and develop standard procedures and processes. This is vital in a growth period when AM Services Group is becoming an increasingly significant FM market player, winning large contracts and developing an expanding portfolio of clients with higher risk sites.”

AM Services Group have recently been successful in becoming a QCF approved centre, enabling the business to develop our in-house training portfolio, with the possibility of developing a future external training facility.

MD Adrian Cresswell said: “A strong commitment to health, safety and compliance has always been top of our agenda for employees and clients and, following our acquisition of a leading specialist cleaning company in 2016, we want to invest in this on an even larger scale as we work in even more challenging environments. Our ‘one team, one goal’ ethos is based on caring about people, and Paul’s appointment is key to our driving our culture forward.”

Before joining AM Services Group, Paul has worked in senior HSEQ management roles in a variety of organisations including Northern Diver International. He is also a highly-qualified diving instructor, qualified to train scuba instructors, and is a volunteer training manager and rider with North West Blood Bikes, Lancashire and the Lakes, delivering emergency blood supplies out of hours in evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
