Chemtura, December Team of the Month

This is a strong team delivering the one team one goal ethos in everything they do. They support each other and the client in consistently delivering a professional service and maintaining the security of the site.

Recently the team noticed that there had been a number of suspect phone calls received from people asking very specific questions regarding the site. As a top-tier COMAH site the team reacted by escalating their concerns with the client which led to the local counter-terrorism team visiting site.

There then followed a full training brief for all client department / shift managers and the AM Services Group Site Security Manager, David Johnson. During this briefing and subsequent review the security team have been fully involved alongside the client in further enhancing thepolicies and procedures to protect the site.
