AM Triple Appointments Supports Company Growth

AM Support Services have made three key appointments across the three primary components of the business. Ian Noble, a young and enthusiastic sales executive has arrived to support the growth in the East of the AM area whilst Darren Perkins, a vastly experienced contract manager, will ensure that we deliver on our operational promises.
High growth brings an expected spike in the size of the workforce which can bring more complex employment questions and concerns. Our new HR manager, Emma Hutchinson, has the knowledge, qualifications and experience to ensure that the company is ready and compliant with any processes and policies required for the level of growth being undertaken.
Our MD, Adrian Cresswell keeps his eye on the growth and observes, “When you see an increase in business at the levels that we have in the last year, you need to have the right people as part of your team. It’s key to know your business’ tipping point and to know where and when to bring in the right people to make sure the company keeps accelerating in the right direction without any compromise on customer service”.
