Sharon has addressed her new challenge with confidence and vigour. She is always willing to help out, work the hours and help produce a positive attitude within the team. When tasked to review chemical usage, Sharon has suggested a product she has used at another site which has been trialled and works far better than the existing product (and is cheaper).
