John Gibson – Employee of the Month
Beacon Shopping Centre
As site supervisor, John has been instrumental in assisting AMSS in ensuring a smooth transfer
period at the Beacon Shopping Centre. He is always very proactive in his approach to every task that he carries out, even coming in to site to assist with community initiatives on his rest days, John recently provided a children’s workshop in the centre and the kids nicknamed him “The Mall Cop”.

The team has adapted and evolved since joining AMSS and they have unequivocally embraced our ethos and values. They work extremely well together and constantly adapt to every challenge they face in a busy customer-facing environment. Congratulations on being commended for this well-deserved award.
